Do you shoot in RAW?
Yes. We capture in RAW for projects where it improves color flexibility and image quality in post-production.
Can I have the RAW files?
RAW files are not included in standard packages. We can provide RAW file buyout options for qualifying commercial projects.
How fast is delivery?
Typical turnaround is around 7 days, depending on project size. Rush delivery can be added when available.
Do you travel for shoots?
Yes. We regularly travel throughout the tri-state area and can quote additional travel beyond that range.
How do payments work?
Shop products are paid via Stripe checkout. Service projects are quoted directly and paid according to project terms.
Why can't we book you on Saturdays?
830 Productions takes Friday night to Saturday night off. No negotiations. Thanks!
