830 Productions provides photography, videography, editing, and digital product services as outlined in the approved quote, booking confirmation, project agreement, or Stripe checkout details.

2. Booking

Project scheduling begins after the booking request is reviewed and availability is confirmed. Production details, deliverables, and timelines are finalized through the project quote or agreement.

3. Payments

• Digital products are paid in full at checkout through Stripe.
• Custom service projects may require deposits before production begins.
• Outstanding balances must be paid before final delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Cancellations And Rescheduling

Rescheduling requests are handled based on availability. Late cancellations may forfeit deposits or incur rebooking fees depending on project commitments already made.

5. Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates based on project complexity, review cycles, and the agreed scope. Final delivery formats are defined by the project agreement, quote, or checkout details.

6. Revisions

Revision rounds are limited to what is defined in the approved project agreement or digital product terms.

7. RAW Footage And Source Assets

RAW files and unedited source assets are not included by default. They may be licensed separately through a written RAW or source-file buyout agreement.

8. Copyright And Licensing

• Clients receive usage rights according to the package or agreement purchased.
• Resale, redistribution, or repackaging of shop products is prohibited unless explicitly licensed.
• Copyright ownership and licensing terms remain governed by the approved project agreement or checkout terms.

9. Portfolio Rights

830 Productions retains portfolio rights unless an exclusivity or NDA term states otherwise.

10. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing the project details, approvals, scheduling access, and other information needed to complete the agreed scope on time.

11. Limitation Of Liability

830 Productions is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Liability is limited to fees paid for the affected service or product.

12. Privacy

Booking requests submitted on this site are composed through the visitor's email app. Newsletter signups are processed through Mailchimp using the embedded signup form. Project and contact correspondence may be retained as needed to respond, schedule work, and deliver requested communications.
